Salam Everyone!
How’s the 2nd day of Ramadhan? My buka puasa menu today was simple. Had yesterday’s leftover kurma ayam, made sayur goreng, ate with brown rice (yes, I am being healthy). Then my neighbour bagi capati with kuah dhal. I bekalkan baked macaroni with cheese for DK nak bawak pegi office for sahur. He left after terawih around 10pm to work. The first day buka puasa at my inlaws was fun. Lots of food, and habis licin!! Ada rendang ayam, the kurma I bawak, we grilled fish, lots of veggie and salad. We buka with bubur jagung first, then berjemaah for Maghrib diimamkan my father in-law. After that, makan sedap 
Ended up we were too full. We all terawih at home saja. After terawih makan ice cream ramai-ramai. This morning sahur makan roti, hotdog, and salad ja.
I left Denai Alam very early this morning, but still was stuck in the jam 
Usually stuck dalam jam macam tu, if DK yang drive, I will sleep, but today’s topic on Lite FM buat I celik telinga
It was the usual SOS Tuesday (it used to be SOS Thursday, yang DK sibuk-sibuk email tu, hehehehe), and today’s topic was “Can you truly be happy with a person you aren’t physically attracted to?” There was this one guy, name Phil said that he met this girl, very nice, attentive, good heart etc, he is dating the girl, and really like her and many people said she is the one, but he finds her not that hot for him. Of course, many people called in, and I love everyone’s comment.
It was posted in FB Lite FM page : Its SOS Tuesday and today we are helping out Phil who is asking the question “Can you truly be happy with a person you aren’t physically attracted to?”
And of course I replied kat FB wall tu. I wrote :
Is this Phil that very handsome? Is he going to be physical attractive in the next 5-10 years? If look matters, why he dated the girl in face place? Men!
Sangat doink lah itu orang. I really tak faham this kind of men actually, I know not everyone is like that, but then again, why bother going out with her if look matters! Memang lah best dapat partner handsome/lawa best, tapi look bukan priority. Cantek macam mana pun, kalau hati busuk pun apa guna kan? Yes, I am not lawa, who am I to say, and hak masing-masing, ikut hati masing-masing, but I always believe looks is the least priority. Tak perlu lawa, kalau muka lawa, tapi masam memanjang, orang tengok pun rasa kelat
To me, hati budi lagi penting, zaman sekarang bukan senang nak cari orang yang sincere, yang hormat each other, yang baik hati, good personality. And believe me, kecantikan luaran tak lama, nanti lama-lama kedut gak semua. I am thankful that DK does not look into beauty. He accepts me as what/how/who I am. And for that I’m thankful. DK gets irritate when I talk about my fat body. He always said, “Leave it, I want my teddy bear round like this” So now, I don’t argue with him anymore about my beauty, hehehehe.And I am happy now, feeling very blessed, even ramai cakap I look better now that I am married, muka beseri lah…..orang happy lah katakan.
Ramadhan is here now, don’t forget to top up your good deeds, banyakkan bersabar, lebihkan amal ibadat, dapatkan cahaya keimanan sebanyak mungkin. When you get that, inner beauty wins.
