I received email today from EK that says :

“Dear Travel Partners,

AIRCRAFT CHANGE DUE TO MAINTENANCE

Due to ongoing maintenance checks on the A380 aircrafts, Emirates flights
EK347/KULDXB and EK346/DXBKUL from 8 February 2012 till 14 February 2012 will
be downgraded to B777 from A380.

Please be advised accordingly”

My Darling K is so going to be angry plus sad with this email. Kena pujuk lah macam ni… should have taken Airbus Airasia….. sigh!!!!

Hello Everyone!

So, how was your weekend? I did so….. many things during this long break!

We spend a night at my in-laws at Denai Alam, went to Cyber View Lodge with DK – had fun there, my parents were here…. in between sempat buat laundry and cleared 1 big plastic bag of old clothes!. Tapi most of them either koyak or too lusuh to give away, so I decided it will be my kain buruk – good for mopping, wiping windoy, kesat the top of your very dusty cupboards, etc, etc

Today, I went to Iza’s house at Puncak Bukit Utama. We (Iza, me & Sarah) finalised our Europe trip (well actually it is more on Italy trip). We decided to shop in Italy, other places can wait. But we will spend a night in Paris, before going to Milan, Rome, Florence and Venice. Hotels were booked, and also the overnight train from Paris to Milan. Now tinggal nak book ticket entrance to the museums, and towers too. Another friend, Terry, will meet us in Venice nanti. I can’t wait for this trip. The plan is to Shop In Italy! But I will stick to sightseeing! (Yeah right Aida! As if!) I must not shop from now until the trip in late April…. sigh!!! no shopping, at shop, online whatsover! Mama dah tunjuk handbag macam mana yang dia nak I belikan for her.

I have also confirm my & DK ticket seat to Dubai! Syukur jadi jugak trip 9th Feb tu…. at least DK gets to experience A380, and will not complain further about me leaving him for the Europe trip. Hehehe.

I’m also looking at costing for Maldives. It was supposed to be our HoneyMoon trip. But when I saw it was RM10k for Honeymoon Package, I was like ??????? Although hubby cakap ok, I rasa mcm rip off sket, hehehe. Tapi fikir2 balik, campur makan, 6 nights there, plus stopover at Colombo, kira macam berbaloi gak. But at that time, I fikir macam, we just spent so much on wedding, you want to add on another RM10k? Baik you bagi duit tu kat I pegi shop lagi best, hehehehe. So, we settled for Bintan Island and Singapore, and stayed over few expensive hotel in between and for almost every other weekend for 2 months after wedding. And all those adds-on to less than RM4k ja

But DK said he still wants to go Maldives, so, now dia suruh I survey apa yang patut. We don’t have to go now, it can be end of year or next year, janji pergi. If have to kumpul duit and save, kumpul duit and save it is, and buy the new house first, and change car! huhuhuhu…. tu tak plus minus budget weekend getaway, Jakarta plan with our parents (visiting DK’s uncle kat sana) the baby project, the haj saving project…. sah, cannot shop sesuka hati now! – DK made me took an oath on Sunday not to shop sesuka hati to shop nowadays from the monthly allowance he gives me. Although it is my money to do sesuka hati, but I need to save! save! save! He made me swear no more online shopping and get it delivered to Office Address – aiyoh, he discovered that! Cet!

Ok, ok, I will be a good girl this year!

Ok, got to go, nak survey apa sightseeing best in Florence (besides shop at The Mall!)

Dah masuk minggu kedua tahun 2012. Harap-harap semuanya berjalan lancar untuk anda semua. I started this year with a great feeling. Somehow I feel this will be a good year for me, both personal and career wise. But I cannot sit and wait, need to work hard for it, baru boleh prosper!

My first week at work was really tiring. A lot of enquiries for tickets and packages. I made good sales (yippie!!) and my accounts backlog is clearing bit by bit. Azam tahun baru is to be more professional than previous years, more analytical, better accounts keeping and a healthy work style. I need to learn when to work hard and and when to work smart. I must have time for myself too.

During the first week also I managed to do follow up health check-up. DK and I have been seeing Dr Hamid Arshat for consultation and medication. He has outlined for hubby and me on our options if we want to get pregnant. We have discussed and will make the decision after I come back from my Europe trip. My next appointment will be this coming Friday at HKL. I hope my other health issues will clear too

I will be doing a lot of traveling this year too. I will be going to Europe end April/early May with my girlfriends. Tickets dah issue (I got FOC ticket, yippie!!! Eerrr… not total FOC, worth RM1k actually incl tax) and will be taking the A380 flight. DK was a bit annoyed at first as he wanted to go Switzerland this year with me, but I kept telling him, Save Money! We Need To Buy New House! But ended up I’m going to Europe with my girlfriends, hehehehe. Then I told him, ok, you can still board the A380, but I will take you to Dubai since I have a Fam Trip going there soon. But now the Fam Trip date kejap-kejap tukar. Sigh… Takpe sayang, tak dapat A380, I bawak you naik Airbus Airasia boleh?

I also have 3 more places to go, but all in planning stages, in between with the short getaways that already planned! I will reveal more later

2012 will also means seeing my parents more often. They are moving back to Bukit Chedang. Yeay! The transfer will take place some time next month. Can’t wait!

Ada a few other promising agendas. But I will write about it as time comes.
