It is the new year, welcome 2011.

Sorry for not writing for quite some time. I have been busy being a wife
Life is great, new lifestyle, new perspective.

Being a wife for the past 2 months and 24 days has changed my life in some ways. In a way I missed my single life Lots of adjustment need to be done that now I am sharing my life with someone else. But the sharing is good. I was busy getting to know more about my husband. Betul kata orang “dah tinggal sekali baru nampak the true colours” and he too is getting to know more about me. My weekends are now filled with either visiting relatives, shopping for groceries, going back to Parents in-law house, going back to SP to visit my parents, cooking (Aida can cook meh??) or just go dating with hubby (just the 2 of us : movie, shopping, sightseeing or stay home and do housework together)

I still have time on my own with my girlfriends, so far my Darling K is sporting on that. Even going out in groups with single male friends is ok for him. He knows I know my limit.

We plan to continue our honeymoon next month. We will be going to Bandung for 4 days. I have also make plans through out the year to nearby places. I am also starting to save some money for our hopefully Europe trip end of next year.

Babies?? We are not planning but so far, no news yet. I’ve been asked about it by many people and I have answer back politely. It is no pressure to both hubby and I. We will just proceed with our life and hope for the best. Ada rezeki, insyaAllah.

My family in-laws, his parents, his siblings, the rest of the extended family members are nice to me. I have no problem adjusting myself around them. I kan peramah…. Hehehehe. We spend alternate weekends at his parents place in Denai Alam. I just be myself, tak tunjuk terlebih rajin, help my mother in-law mana yang perlu. I think I speak to her more that her own son nowadays.

Hopefully this new year will be a better year for me, both family and career wise. Work is piling up each day, I need to work smart and stop procrastinating. I am trying to reach office early, and leave office early so I can see Darling K as much often. His job tailoring to companies in US, hence he works night shift. I only see him on Saturday and Sunday. During weekdays, we either see each other for early morning breakfast or dinner time (ikut mana yang sempat). He tries to have lunch with me whenever possible. We both try to make time whenever possible. I don’t cook that often, but I make a point to do it twice during week nights, and during the weekends if we don’t go out. So far he has not complaint. Kalau tak sedap pun I figure dia telan je demi jaga hati isteri sebab so far apa yang I masak semua habis licin, hehehehe. On new year’s weekend we spend time at home, cleaning and clearing things, cooking together. I made steak for new year’s dinner with delicious brown sauce. Has not done it in ages, but it turned out good.

This weekend will be fun. My parents are here, they will be coming to my house this Sunday. I’m planning to cook something and invite my friends from the neighborhood to come over for tea.
