This week is a very busy week for me. Since early of the month, I have no time to blog @ aidayurani.com or surf my favourite blogs. I cuma follow up my brother’s blog saja, itu pun via email notification. Hehehehe.

Workload is increasing daily, not sure which one to attend first. All need my urgent attention. My singa garang mood in office had lessen. I was too busy occupied with my work to be busy checking others. Boss had made someone else in charge of that while I am focusing on bringing in new business. This mean I have to do both accounts and attend to clients at the same time. Hence, less time to busy2 pretending being busy! Apa nak buat, kita makan gaji. Nak mintak raise, aiyoh, budget very tight now. (I buat budget kan, so I sendiri tau lah, hehehehehe)

Anyway, the next 4 months will be concentrating on work and create more revenues. Next month I memang kena safe. This 2 weeks sales is very bad, hence gaji sket.   Kalau boros jugak, tak tau nak kata. So far, I haven’t splurge on anything yet the past 2 weeks, so, boleh survive……kot?

Matta fair is coming soon, that will be a nightmare, but I hope it will bring better sales for us. Tengok lah macam mana.

I hope our office will have more peace after this. Now that 2 staff are leaving, hence, less problems. I just wish that one particular “makcik” will leave us soon too. Giving problems to all of us. I have to remind the remaining staff on how serious the business situation now. Had a special meeting with all of them last week, showed them the breakdown of our business, showed them their performance. They thought they made that much, huh, the backoffice people are generating more income for the company. Baru diorang  tau. And we (the backoffice people) still do our own administrative and finance work ourselves. Showed them the mistakes/losses they made. Baru sorang2 nak nganga. Tu pun company tak deduct banyak from their salary, kita bayar kan, tapi diorang pulak banyak songeh sebab kena potong gaji. Cet.

Sorry, I’m just giving out my ramblings today. Stress lah, tapi masih manageable. Hehehehe.

Now nak pegi lunch. And read newspaper, then resume work. I hate reading the newspaper nowadays. Semua cerita trauma aja. Bila perang nak habis ni?

I have some pix nak upload, buat biasa lah, Aida tak tech savy, hence, lambat sket ye. Perhaps tomorrow will finish it, tu pun kalau tak busy lah.

Bosses? Hehehe, yeah, the 4 guys in the pix above are my bosses. 

These are among my favourite guys from my school Alumni. These are the guys who made lots of good things happened in our Alumni. These people are from the 1st to 7th bacth of MRSM Beseri, Perlis.

The most left is Nash, the current president. He was my senior, 6th batch. He will definately call me instead the honorary secretary himself, should he wants anything to be dictate to the secretary.

Next to him, in green batik, is Toy from the 1st batch. He was the ex-president for previous term and is still supporting us with his ideas, especially his “give back to the society” projects. He will call me everytime he has new idea for our activity. As if he cannot call the president himself.

The second from right, in baju melayu & songkok, is Fox, the tresurer. He is 2 years senior, never met him in school. When I went for my form4, he left. He will always call me to check balance of our bank accounts, to make payment, to transfer payment or anything to do with money. Macam my account pulak yang dia nak report kat I. Hehehehe.

And the most right, in red batik , that is Paroe. That is Mr. Secretary. This is the person who introduced me to my Alumni and made me very active in it. But thanks to him, I am the official Secretary to Mr Secretary, Secretary to Mr President, Secretary to Mr Treasurer, and Secretary to Mr. Ex-President.

Actually diorang ni semua mengada betul. Macam lah tak boleh cakap sendiri with each other. And they know each other long time ago before I joint the alumni. Apa2 pun nak cari aku jugak. But the advantage of it, I get the final say. Hehehe. Should they disagree with each other, then I get to decide. Hahahaha.

Bosses : I know all of you will read this. Jangan marah eh. I keja takde gaji, kena report to 4 boss pulak. Hehehehe. But korang semua boss yang best! Hehehehe. Thanks for being part of my life. Each of you know in what ways you have touched my life, being there when I need the support. But please make sure to get a new secretary next election. I nak resign!

The new year started with me being very busy in office that I don’t have time to blog and check my facebook.

Business is slowing down, and collections of old debts is also slowing down.

And I thought I can start fresh this year, UNFORTUNATELY, I am still having problems with the house issues. The lawyer called me just before the new year to inform that I still have to pay balance of 10% of selling price if I want to revoke the agreement. I was “WHAT????????” I was willing to let go RM11k, not getting refund, or asking for a discount, not even asking the refund for lawyers fee for some jobs not done. But the house owner insist to follow the S&P and pay 10% of selling price since I revoke it. Takde pertimbangan langsung! Whua………….

If I have to pay the balance, might as well I take the house. Oh dear!

Apparently there will be another report on the landslide this month end. Many people complaint with the first report. Can you imagine 3 blocks, next to each other, in same compound, right infront of the landslide, but 1 block declared not safe, and the other 2 is declared safe. How is that? Hence the 2nd report is needed. And that report will be my last chance. If it is declared safe, I will have to think thouroughly upon deciding might as well to take the house, or loose RM21K plus lawyer fee RM4k for nothing. If it is not safe, then I can get back full refund. In which I doubt it, sure the house owner akan buat2 bodoh. So, the drama is not settle yet. For time being, I need to send my furniture to Seremban (my parents house which currently is a wearhouse), and bring in the new furniture.

I went to Bapak Aina’s house last monday night and saw the new house. Of course I felt “irihati” as this good friend of mine had started off his new life, in new house, and a very well decorated new house. That is also what I felt everytime I lepak at Sarah’s and Iza’s house too (These 2 house mmg I selalu lepak & makan free, hehehehehe). Not that I rasa rendah diri that I don’t have a house of my own, but the thought of the troubles I went through last year, searching my dream house, and when I finally found it, disaster pulak. Hmmmm…….

Apa nak buat, kena belajar sabar kan tahun ni? Kena belajar save up kan tahun ni.
