Sakit pinggang

Hari Selasa lepas I buat my mom’s cookies delivery serata KL. Upon sending back Mr. F to his house, I pun pindahkan my big body ni from passenger seat to driver seat as I always did in my Myvi. Tapi this time, tak sempat nak transfer, pinggang belakang dah terseliuh. Aaaauuuucccchhhhh! Sakit!!!!!!!!!

I couldn’t seat, couldn’t stand. Apa lagi, nangis lah. Hehehehe. Sakit sangat, nak berdiri tak boleh, nak duduk tak boleh. Dari happy2 nak balik rumah and tengok tv, ended up pegi klinik my aunt. We arrived within 15 minutes, jumpa doctor, terus kena jap. Aiyoh, tu lagi sakit. :) Doctor told me the jap will take action in 15minutes. I was what???? Dah lah kau cucuk punggung aku, pastu kena tunggu rasa sakit kebas dalam 15 minit baru nak reda. Aiyoh!

While waiting for my medicin and MC, my parents and my sis pun datang. Kecoh lah satu klinik tu. Tak habis2 kena perli. My mom cakap ” Ingat awak tu muda lagi nak tukar seat dari dalam keta, ini macam kena kasi kurus banyak” I buat2 pekak telinga saja.

Sampai rumah, dah kena papah masuk, makan ubat, and tido. Semalam dah petang baru I boleh turun bawah, baru boleh bangun dari katil. Today dah boleh jalan, dah boleh pegi toilet dengan selesa. But masih jalan macam siput. I think siput pun gerak lagi laju. Dah boleh berdiri tegak. Tapi kalau tengah duduk nak berdiri, or tengah berdiri nak duduk balik, uish, memang lah seksa.

Besok nak pegi jalan2 up-north pulak, dah plan macam2 nak buat, hopefully the pain will heal by then.

Aida & her favourite men

From left : Azwan, the elder brother, definately much older than me. We call him Ayong. The serious among us siblings, but the most wise. Prefer to keep quiet whenever I do something wrong or stupid mistakes in my life, he lets me learn through the process, but definately will make his remarks (a painful remark but a good one!)whenever he feels like to do it. He takes after my father.

Azril, in red t-shirt is my adik, the youngest one. The funniest & joker of the family. His marriage and fatherhood has really change him to a better mature person. Will be there everytime I feel sad and want to cry. One of my favourite banker too. He just had a baby girl, tapi still manja terlebih. He is mom’s favourite.

The most right in blue shirt, is my father, my babah. A very serious man, quiet one. Only talk when it is necessary. But lately he has lighten up and like to make jokes, which is good.

Boycott products

I have been receiving emails and flyers for the pass 2 weeks from various people asking to boycott the US products. This is to protest the Gaza war imposed by Israel towards Palestine and being supported by US. Frankly, I just ignore the petition and continue with my daily life. I have stop drinking coke since the first day of 2009 (2 weeks without coke is a great achivement for Aida Yurani, hehehehe) and has not bought any new things for myself (althought the 70% sale at Mark&Spencer is really tempting).

But yesterday, after sending Amy home after our morning walk at titiwangsa lake, I decided to get my favourite orange juice at McD near Ampang Putri Hospital. I was shocked to see the place is empty! There were only 2 matsalleh having breakfast. The place is usually crowded on Sunday morning. I spoke to the manager on duty, asked her how did the petition that is going around has affected the store. She said that their sales has drop by 30% in 2 weeks. Wow……

But I wonder if the boycott will continue, what will happen to the employees of that particular outlet. I saw 9 staff, all of them are Malays who are Muslims. Should they also now boycott and find another job? At the time when the economic is very bad?

I may be looking only at one McD outlet. Am I a bad Muslim if I continue to buy drinks and food from McD? (well, definately need to stop that, fastfood is bad for my health) And most McD, Starbucks are under franchise, some of them owned by Muslim.

I hate the war, whatever is happening there, I hate it so much. Even when Katrina hurricane affected US, I felt sorry and sad for them. Not their fault, but God is showing something to everyone. Unfortunately, normal people, children, have to pay the price for something that some stupid people in this world (like Mr Bush) did.

I hope we will have peace soon.
