I had blood test last week and got the results this week.
Liver = OK
Sugar Level = OK
Cholestrol = OK
Kidney conditions = OK
Blood pressure = OK (120/84 yesterday’s reading)
Hormones = OK
Heart beat = OK
Weight = Aiyoyoyoyoyoyoyo. Very Berat!
My doctor said that I really need to do something about the weight issue. Although the weight shown as reduced now in his record, I need to reduce further. He wants me to exercise more and eat less fattening food and instead take more fibre and healthy food. Although my health is in good condition, obesity can easily generate unwanted factors to initiate various illness. Okay lah doctor, more exercise, less food, eat healthy.
My friend Dimas told me when I was in Bangkok, the heating habit comes for faktor persekitaran. And looking at my faktor persekitaran, hahaha, memang lah makan banyak. But I can’t totally blame my faktor persekitaran, it should be more on my own dicipline to adapt a healthy life. Hmm…. diet mission next 3 months? Aida, boleh ke? Hehehehe, 3 hari pun dah meraung satu dunia tau. :p
So, to those who has no weight issue in their life, appreciate your body, no need to be slim & skimpy, big body can be healthy too and beutiful if you know how to carry your weight. To me is how you want to live your life. Healthy body tapi hati busuk pun tak guna juga.
Now Aida needs to look at the menu to check what to have for lunch.
