This week seems to be a very busy week for me. I just came back from Taman Negara. I had fun, but took me two days to recover. Tu lah, badan tak fit gatal nak masuk hutan. I will update pix & the trip later next week. At the moment, need to recover the sunburn dulu.

My parents are planning to come down to KL this weekend. Told them not to do so as they are coming again next week for a wedding. My dad wants to visit his brother in-law who is now in Putrajaya Hospital. Tapi babah tu pun macam sihat sangat. Turun naik SP-KL, tak pasal-pasal dia yang semput. Mom called me last night to inform that my dad has been going to Hospital for past 2 days. But I can’t stop him from visiting my uncle. Tengok lah nanti macam mana. Nak suruh diorang naik bas or flight pun, akan buat penat aja since next weekend memang kena turun lagi for wedding.

Mom is driving me crazy now with Kakteh’s wedding (should be in October, I hope no  more postponing). My boss brought back loads of things from China. Very cheap. For the doorgifts, the bedspread. Mom already bought boxes of doorgifts from Alor Setar. Very cheap. Lega tak payah pergi Jakarta & Bandung to get the things. Managed to get things here as per our budget. But need to get more as mom is adding the invitation list. Aiyak!!! Now I need to get chocolate samples for her. Already found 2, need to go choc hunting with my sister in-law over the weekend. (EMMA : jadi tak ni??? nanti buzz hp kngah!). I’ve found the cake both for hantaran and to be served during the kenduri. Tunggu mama balik next weekend kasi approval. My mother ni very cerewet. Frankly my other siblings memang give up nak ikut dia punya cerewet. Hehehe.

I need you to be in office to sign all the documents. BSP next week pun aku dah settle. Karang aku buat perangai nanti bary tau! Dah ada orang pancing offer best ni…… resign????

Aida memang tengah mereng!

Aida is back from her long leave. I went to Sungai Petani, balik jenguk my parents, balik Kangar for my alumni aktiviti, and pergi Langkawi. I will blog about the trip later. Not today. Although I cakap I pokai, but I managed to sort things out, and after di pujuk oleh sekian ramai orang, I just couldn’t say no to the trips. And I’m glad I did.

Hari ni masuk office, dari pagi sibuknya ya amat. My office system almost kena shut down sebab tak dapat bayar BSP. As most of you know one of my main task in this Travel Agent is to make sure we have enough funds to pay IATA every monday. Failing to do so, they will shut down our system, hence tak boleh issue ticket, hence tutup kedai lah jawabnya.

Boss aku pun takde, both Chairman & MD pegi Shanghai for Luxury Travel Mart. Aku cuti, AG & HR pun cuti. So big boss dah panggil meeting last 3 weeks highlight pasal semua key person takde on Monday, 16th Jun. So Abby kena buat payment, dengan syarat Aida dah allocate duit secukupnya. Which I did cuma tinggal org lain punya portion saja. And I dah sound to my sales associates diorang mesti make sure semua lengkap for collection. On Thursday before I left semua cakap okay aida, don’t worry, have a good break, I will take care of it.

Tapi hari Isnin while I was in Langkawi, telepon ni asyik berdering aja dari ofc cakap not enough funds to pay. Hampeh betul, kacau my holiday mood! By 6pm I asked Abby to fax letter to IATA informing them kita tak cukup duit nak bayar. Short of fund RM110k out of RM800k total bill. Selasa pagi, first thing get the money (nasib baik ada my other clients yg lain bagi cheque on Friday, so the amount dah clear on Tueday Morning), did the transaction, and informed IATA. Tak senang duduk dibuatnya. Macam tunggu nak kena hukum pancung kepala. By 7pm yesterday baru lega dapat letter faxed by IATA stating the below :

“We have no alternative but to send you this notice of irregularity in respect of that Location. Such notice will be recorded as two instances of irregularity.

We must remind you that accumulation of four instances of irregularity in respect of any one of your Locations during 12 consecutive months would result in such Location being declared in Default. This declaration could eventually lead to removal of such Location from the IATA Agency List”

Huhu, lega sket bila dapat tau. So, lepas ni kalau sangkut jugak, memang sah tutup kedai. Sales associate yang hutang banyak tu mmg tak cakap apa dengan I since morning today and I don’t intend to. And of course big boss balik next week, dia kena jawab lah.Hari ni busy sokmo. And next few days pun sure keja macam robot. Masak la kepala otak ni kena tiong!
